Extreme weather conditions cause major disruptions to Leeds Festival.

Leeds Festival, day one, has been an unexpected disaster to say the least..

As a result of the relentless winds, the 2024 festival opening has been delayed.

Not only has this affected campers but the day attendees have been left waiting for hours.

A member of guest security said, “There is severe damage to the BBC Radio 1 tent”. Therefore the stage will remain closed for the day.
